Will this work with an Autodor Elite opener? i have lost both remote controls, which were 418MHz. it still works via the door push button.

I am not sure what frequent the remotes are but you can wire the receiver in parallel to your door push button.

Question 2

The little neon indicator on my Garador remote is no longer working (although it still opens the door) ? Does this indicate the battery needs changing

Not necessarily. Try changing the battery and see if the light then works. If it doesn't it's a faulty bulb. Either way the unit still works, or just use the second unit.

Not sure.
I bought mine 2 or 3 years ago.
I think it goes through a transformer so should work but I would ask the supplier to be sure.

Hi   the guru  remote replacement , yeah it worked on my up & over  remote door  I have a liftboy motor , I replaced mine because,  my house got broken into & the nice people the bugulars apart from  ransacking inside my house they got in my garage , my cars keyless, they didn't find my key,  so they smashed my cars front windscreen  with an axe, I had on my bench & hit the boot of my new car causing a dent & breaking the rear screen  they lastly took the remote for my up & over garage door , so I had to replace it , got my mate whoes a sparks to fit it , it works ok , bit fiddly & cheaply made in my opinion!  hope this helps !
