Product arrived promptly. However for the price paid I would expect better quality. Top of one battery came off like a tin can opening the moment I put into my device! Would expect better from Duracell

Nowhere does it state that it is a 2 pin charger. Seeing as it is being sold on a UK website and shipped to a UK address you would expect it to be a UK charger OR for it to clearly state that it is a 2 pin charger.
