I was really impressed with the quality and design of the sipper initially. Was happy to find something nice in steel. Cut to 10 days of usage washer on the cap falls off how many ever times you put it back. As a result liquid started leaking from the sides of cap. Some how learned to fix that and use. Cut to 12th day liquid starts dripping from the spout as well. Try fixing washer and the tube nothing works. Within 15 days of purchase I cannot use product without leakage from every possible outlet of the product. 849 for 15 days is too pricey and never going to purchase anything from them again.

Within the first 15 days of use, I contacted their customer support through both their official WhatsApp and email because the issue was that bad. They promised to get back to me, but weeks later, I’ve heard nothing.They also claim to offer a 2-year warranty (+1 year extra), but what’s the point if their support team doesn’t even respond? For a product that isn’t cheap, I expected better quality and at the very least, some accountability.Would highly advise against buying this or any product from Rabitat. Poor product, worse customer service.
