Short of the old-fashioned machine with a crinkle hose and head cap, this ROIDMI hair dryer is literally the easiest to use and the best one I've ever owned.Not sure what "negative ion" means, but if it adds up to: fast and thorough, I'm all for it.In the past I was lazy about altering dryer speeds to avoid over-baking and damaging my hair.That issue doesn't exist with the Riodmi dryer, for it cycles between hot and cold air every few seconds.The compact size and minimal weight make it an ideal travel companion.Not to gush but I absolutely LOVE this dryer, and you will too!

Smells like something is burning...

This is very strong and powerful hair dryer. Has a few temperature/airflow modes. I wish it had those separated-air flow separate from the temperature you have a choice of slow/cool, faster/warm, and fast/hot and then another one I wasn't able to determine how it was different from fast and hot. I really need a slow and hot mode for styling but this one doesn't have it. So it's great for blowing and just drying hair, but not too great for styling.

The roidmi miro hair dryer is really quiet which was great for me because I have hair down the middle of my back and it takes me quite a while to blow dry my hair. It did not wake up hubby sleeping in the next room. If I want to straighten my hair I just pop on the magnetic nozzle attachment. This dryer is also a lot lighter than my other hair dryers. It also has a tangle free cord which is great to have.

This is quite a unique compact hair dryer. It has a simple white aesthetic, straightforward functions, but cool little details. The power cord is thick, with a built-in reset button near the plug, and decently long at around 6 ft. I have several hair dryers similar to this style including a Dyson. Unlike most, the air intake is located at the base of the handle, so the back of the dryer head is solid. The Miro dryer utilizes this to make a cool little "infinity mirror", although you can only see "in" about 1 inch deep while the rest fades to black. The color of the rings indicate the current heating mode, but you can't really see it while using the fan and you can tell the mode by the amount of air coming out. The air intake is double filtered, with a magnetic plastic casing over a fine metal mesh filter. The on/off switch and mode button is located on the back of the handle, opposite the air outlet, which is a bit unique. There are 4 modes and a special mode, which the instructions don't really cover well. The instructions are a bit "foreign" in grammar and syntax. The instructions state the first mode is a "cool wind", the second "warm air", third "hot air, and fourth "alternating hot and cold air". It's not completely accurate as apart from the temperature it's more like the fan speed changes instead. From mode 1 to 3, the speed varies drastically while mode 4 matches mode 3 in intensity. The hot air mode isn't all that hot compared to some other hair dryers, but it's so powerful that it can quickly dry hair. It's one of the most powerful hair dryers I've tried with this short head style design. The included magnetic nozzle further intensifies the air stream.Overall, it's a powerful fan that also looks relatively good. It's very powerful for its size and can quickly dry long hair without burning or feeling like your head gets too hot. It works quite well but is also quite pricy for a hair dryer.
