## Questions & Answers

**Q: The description says 5% to 100% dimming. Does this mean they go down all the way down to 5% OR just a 5% dim?**
A: That’s a good one. Just a poor translation from Chinese. Which is typical. The lights are very bright at 100%. They will dim down to 5% output. That is barely visible and could only be seen in almost totally dark condition. I am very happy with these lights.

**Q: What is the purpose of the terminal block?**
A: Dear Amazon Customer,
Thank you for your question regarding the purpose of the terminal block.
The terminal block is used to connect the positive and negative poles of the light to the cable. It is UL certified, ensuring compliance with international safety standards. The terminal block allows for quick, convenient, and simple wiring operations, improving installation efficiency.
To provide a better understanding of how to use the terminal block and the step-by-step process, I have prepared a video for you. You can watch the video to gain more detailed information.
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Best regards,
zouzai
Monica

**Q: how do you remove a light after installation ?**
A: The light has 2 spring loaded clamps which secures it in the ceiling. All you have yo do is pull down to remove from the ceiling.

**Q: Can the junction box sit on top of the light?**
A: Thank you for your question, yes, it can sit on the top of the light if you need.
