I've had different cat flaps on my life I've never had one more broke within three months the rubber come off the door was loose the flap should I say it is totally useless I can't get a hold of the sellerr to up top to them so now left with a problem a heart with caps coming through my cat flap and peeing everywhere in my home I thought this would solve the problem because it was a good cat flap but I was wrong now I have to write a review until all the people how it goes instead of getting contact with the seller because the seller I cannot speak to there's no way2 contacts them and very disappointed now I have to folk out more money to get probably from a different seller unless this cellar comes forward and replaces it😡

The magnetic closure cat flap was purchased to replace a Safe pet four way closure one. We have been visited by a stray cat that accessed the old cat flap, eating our cats food and being threatening towards them. The new flap is identical to the old one except for the magnetic closure. The entrance hole to the house protrudes more on the outside of the door and this confused our cats who are used to an immediate entrance. The magnet release for the closure sits on the protruding platform and when the magnetic sensor on the cats collar meets the platform it always the cat entrance. It is sticking open at times as the cats cautiously get used to the longer length of the platform.My first order from Amazon resulted in the wrong cat flap being sent , however they speedily sent me a replacement magnetic flap. If you have more than one cat you also need to buy more sensor magnets for your cats collar. This is not clear on the product information.I was delighted that the hole in my barn door did not need enlarging for the new flap and was quickly removed and fitted with two screws.

This product stopped working after 6 weeks and is now used as a normal cat door. Other cats have access so have had to set it to out only as Tom cats have gained access the smell horrible.

Let’s start with installation!Firstly if you are not good with tools don’t attempt it! So i fitted this into a panelled pvc door which took a while to cut and because of the non adjustable flap tunnel had to use wooden battens to correct the depth! Overall installation was easy with the correct toolsAs for the product its well constructed and functioned as it is supposed to the lack of adjustable tunnel that goes through the door was disappointing also the tunnel slotting into the outside part is very very lose fit so water ingress would be a problem be sure to deal itOn the design the outside should be the inside and the inside should be the out it has some weird design choices and remember other than that it’s a sturdy productUsability, well firstly let me say lots of people have these cat flaps and cats running around with magnets in their collar so don’t expect it to stop another cat! Get a chip registered version, second I guess we’ll the cat can go out but not in not sue to the lock or any setup but simply because the magnetic stripping around the flap is to strongOutward the cat can push with paws and it’s easy however coming in the cat has to poke its head in the tunnel to u lock the flap and then try and push the door which is too strong there’s not a way to adjust this as the magnetic strip also acts as the seal!Overall it’s a “ok” product probably going to rip it out and get something better in a few months

Fácil de instalar. Los gatos han tardado un par de semanas en entender el funcionamiento, al principio les daba miedo pero ya se han acostumbrado y lo usan a diario.

A good product for cats or small dogs.

Dopo alcune perplessità, l'ho comprato ed installato.Ho bloccato il magnete sul fondo con del nastro adesivo ed ho introdotto la ciotola del cibo in modo che il gatto seguisse la mano e l'ho fatto per circa una settimana.Ad uscire il gatto non ha mai avuto problemi.Dopo pochi giorni ho messo il cibo dietro la porta senza far vedere al gatto come facessi: è stato sufficiente spingere il gatto verso la porticina (e poi indicargliela) e in quattro giorni ha capito che doveva spingere con la testa.Al quinto giorno non ha avuto più avuto bisogno di alcun suggerimento: all'orario si è fiondato dentro senza problemi.Il problema è che adesso ha perso il collarino e, quindi, il magnete: consiglio di tenere almeno un collarino ed un paio di magneti di ricambio.

Me llego a tiempo aunque no hay número de rastreo. El producto estaba en buenas condiciones y las instrucciones muy claras, tuve una confusión al instalarlo porque pensé que faltaba una pieza, pero me ayudaron a resolver la duda rápidamente.Mi gato la usa bastante tardó un día en aprender a empujar la puerta, y puede entrar y salir sin problemas.La usamos porque teníamos el arenero adentro y ya con la puerta podemos tenerlo afuera en el patio trasero y el gato sale a hacer sus necesidades y regresa cuando quiere. La puerta tambien funciona muy bien para no dejar entrar otros animales ya que ofrece muy buena resostencia si no traen el collar.
