Poorly made product/no customer service
Sensor broke after 2 weeks of use. Cheap plastic product very disappointed. Have sent 2 messages requesting a replacement, neither message been andwered.I was just making headway with my childs bed wetting and now have to restart the whole process due to both a poorly made product and bad customer service.

Would highly recommend
This alarm has worked perfectly and our daughter is now sleeping through the night without waking or wetting! Thank you!

It works but clasp flimsy
Product is working and big improvement in accidents but the clasp broke after a couple of weeks. Because I’m stubborn I refuse to buy another one so I’m using safety pins instead. Pain but works like a charm. Wouldn’t recommend this product but recommend the process.

Faulty
The product had a manufacturing error which meant the batteries didn’t work and the wire & clip looked like it had been used previously, very disappointing purchase and is now on its way back.

As a child who used the product themselves...
I am 13 years old and have used the product myself. the clasp completely snapped after only 2 or 3 weeks of use. this is because, i struggled opening it at night. the clasp was far to strong so when i applied too much pressure when i was trying to open it, it broke. if i as a 13 year old girl couldn't open the clasp in the middle of the night, i don't understand how a younger child would do the same. i don't recommend.

Few hiccups but solutions soon found
So far so good after a few hiccups. When my son wore boxer type underpants the sensor didn't always work because the thick elastic that it was attached to (around the waste of the pants) didn't get wet, so ideally I think it has to be used with briefs. 1st night of using it my son wet the bed & got into a slight panic because he had forgotten how to switch the sensor off. I only used the vibrating option as felt the alarms were all far too loud & potentially scary if it went off in the middle of the night. The next 4 nights he woke up & went to the toilet & stayed dry all night without the sensor going off. We thought that he had cracked it! The following night, however, he didn't wake up before starting his wee & that was the night the sensor didn't work due to the thick elastic, as explained earlier. We're hoping the use of briefs will do the trick! Please be aware that the battery unit has to be attached to the neck of a top/vest, the wire then goes underneath the top & the sensor is attached to the pants. This ensures that the wire cannot cause the child any harm. My son happily wears the unit even though it is tucked under his chin. It does not bother him.I think for the price & once we had worked out the best way to use this I would highly recommend the product.

Four Stars
I wish I had bought it sooner. It has made massive improvement in just a month.

Works well but poor quality
Brilliant product - it’s definitely doing the trick. But the sensor had become extremely loose - ie the clasp opens on its own - after a week’s use. As a result I’ve got to return this one and order another. Pretty poor quality imho and a massive hassle given the circumstances.
