I have suffered severely heavy periods for years, I have to plan my life around them because I know for at least 4/5 days at the start I can't go anywhere because no products have been capable of protecting me from leaks. I have to use thick Incontinence pads which I have to change every hour or so. These are a game changer though. I know they are meant for sleep, but I use them for my heaviest days & nights. I was surprised at just how well they work, no leaks, no unsightly bulges from big pads, I can leave the house without fear of leaks, it's comfortable & no gross feeling of full pads because it locks away the moisture. These menstrual pants save me a lot of money to because I don't have to change constantly. They have given me the confidence to move around again on the heaviest days of my period. I completely recommend to anyone who is restricted by their heavy flow. I don't know if they would actually fit a size 16 though, I am a size 14 and they are a very snug fit.

Where has these been all my life. I have never felt so comfortable wearing a pad. My flows are extremely heavy and with this i don’t leak at all.

I use these all the time for heavy periods and they are great. However will be buying from Sainsbury's in the future where they are £2.50 to £3 a box. This seller is charging a ridiculous amount for what turned out to be 1 box of 3. The details read as 4 packs of 3. Will not be purchasing from this seller again. Also the box that I received was very damaged.

I'm a size 12 and these were incredible uncomfortable. They fit but we're not long enough at the back or the front, you had to choose... Will not buy again.
