Pace Edwards(FMC3250 Jackrabbit Tonneau Cover

Horrible to install. My kit had extra pieces and directions were revised to omit them but obviously the departments at Pace Edwards don't communicate. The rube gets mushed in the track constantly so it never "slides" easily. A pain in the butt to use so quite frankly if I had known this I wouldn't have purchased. And I contacted Pace Edwards and they said the problems would "break in" and fix themselves but I have had it for months now and it doesn't function any better. I should have returned this but after the pain to install it is staying on my truck.

I love this cover. It is very secure and looks great.

Canister cover doesn't fit correctly2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HDI finally got around to trying to adjust the rail frames on my Full Metal Jacket, Jack Rabbit Retractable Cover to get he canister cover to fit correctly. The shims Pace Edwards sent me were worthless, I had to make my own. I had to shim out the rails at the canister over 3/4" per side, that's 1 1/2 " of total play. I had to use a bar clamp to bring the sides of the canister in close enough, to just barely catch the "wings" of the canister cover. It also caused the canister to "bow" a little. The cover does roll up into the canister but, binds a little during the last foot or so of retraction. Even after all this I believe, over time the canister cover will settle down between the rails, yet again.For $1600 I should not have been laying on my back, in the bed of a my pick up, for 3 hrs, making custom shims, just to get a cover to fit correctly.Pace Edwards has a serious design flaw with this cover. A design flaw that could easily be remedied by fabricating a canister cover a 1/2" longer.This is the 3rd Pace Edwards retractable cover I've purchased and installed. Due to their unwillingness to provide a cover that actually fits correctly. I won't be purchasing another one.Richard Treadwell, Newburgh NY

It looks great, however I'm having an issue with it partially opening while in locked position. Don't know how to fix it, thre stars from me.

Poor quality end caps eventually break and Pace Edwards doesn’t sell replacement parts, so you have to buy a whole new unit.
