Beautiful looking chiminea with a lovely gecko design. Looks great in my garden. Fully cured and now being used every evening. I’m spending even more time in the garden now I have this. I love it and would highly recommend purchasing one.

Looks great and works well ! I followed instructions and only lit small fires fir first couple of times. After that have had bigger fires and no problems with cracking !! As with other reviews the smell it gives off is terrible, very acrid !! Not sure if it’s the construction material or the colour that has been applied ! Hopefully this will subside the more it gets used ! I’ve used lava rocks in the base to protect the bottom and they work very well !

Well, its a very nice looking Chimenea, however, much more orange in colour than the pictures and so once unpacked and placed on the stand it stood out like a lighthouse in our garden and the wife said she didn't like it.That's where it all started to go wrong.I requested a return and was asked to ship it back to the seller.Hermes won't take anything heavier than 15kgs (it's 20kgs in weight).Royal Mail won't take anything taller than 61cms (its 80cms tall).DPD will take 20kg & 80cm but won't take ceramics.Dx (who delivered it, won't deal with private individuals - only companies.I contacted the seller, they initially sent me the authority to return the item but once I'd run into the problems above, they now will not reply. Amazon got involved and the response after the 'investigation' is that I need to return the item for a refund.They haven't even bothered to read the messages i sent to the seller or the chat transcript between their agent and I. If they had, they would understand that the issue is ACTUALLY BEING ABLE TO SEND THE BLOODY THING BACK!So, if you buy it, regardless of the fact that you have 14 days to return an item under the distance selling rules, you're stuck with it.If you want a clay chimenea, its perfectly adequate, it was good value too.But don't change your minds.

Perfect for my small patio area, 3yrs old and second property now still going strong!

After the first one had a crack in it they replaced it with no bother and now very pleased with it.

Terrible! Used it twice followed all the guidance but it still cracked... huge cracks everywhere.
