Review: Terrible service - Worst experience ever. MEGAMARKETPLUS has incredibly poor service. I did not receive my item after waiting neary 7 days. MEGAMARKETPLUS blamed Fedex saying that they gave MEGAMARKETPLUS an incorrect tracking number but it was MEGAMARKETPLUS's oversight. They just apologized saying "We have refunded your money. You can buy the product again. The policy we applied was made as far as the transactions allowed by desertcart." Well - First of all, I did not receive the product so they should refund the money of course. They do not accept providing any compensation for the time I spent to follow up with Fedex and desertcart customer service. Please do not buy the products from this company. The service is terrible.

**Q: How do they get these bottles so full? Is there a trick to opening without spilling all over the place?**
A: Yes they are full! I just opened it slowly without squeezing the bottle so much. Probably try holding at the very bottom while opening.

**Q: Fluoride free??**
A: Said nothing about fluoride on the bottle so I’m going to have to say yes
