Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 – Core Edition (Blue)

I purchased the black edition of the Elite Controller back in 2019, and it has served me well ever since. This January, I decided to upgrade to the blue version primarily because the shade is absolutely stunning and perfectly aligns with my gaming setup. One of the standout features of this controller is its exceptional battery life, allowing for extended gaming sessions without frequent interruptions. Additionally, I was pleased to find that all the extra components I received with the black model, such as the interchangeable thumbsticks and paddles, are fully compatible with the blue version, making the transition seamless. However, the one aspect I am not particularly keen of. Is the white rear where the paddles are. I have concerns about how durability the many years and gaming time I will put this controller though and, how well it will withstand wear and tear, especially after prolonged use. Overall, I love the new colour and functionality, but I hope the white sections remain pristine throughout my gaming experience. This controller comes with a blue matching USB-A to USB-C in the box.

A bit expensive but a decent controller. Had it around a few months and had no issues. Colour looks good and works well with Xbox and PC.

I’ve got each of the 3 colours of elite controller and personally I think the blue is the most aesthetically appealing. As with all the elites build quality is good feels nice to play with and easy to use.

great battery life, relatively fast charging speeds, fits well in the hand. however.. some buttons ( it depends on what the controller deems unfit for use) will randomly break or become super awkward to press, my current controller I've been especially careful not to drop once and still my LB- left bumper has diminished even with me using the pads mostly instead. the best thing I've learned recently however is the elite controllers are designed to be repaired at home by yourself so you don't need to splurge out hundreds over the years, instead you can buy parts needed and self maintain, there are YouTube videos by Microsoft who have tutorials for such things and they will show you live how to step by step remove or get to the inners or the controllers. forgive the longer review, in short id rate it 4 out of 5, simply because of the fact parts degrade slightly quicker than I'd like.

I’m t has been great so far I’ve had it for 3 months and no major issues at one point it felt like the right bumper was broken as it would act twice when only pressed once but that went away and so far it’s been great

From beginning the Y button not recognised the press under light button press , when it already nclick and fully press but don't give the action , little harder press was ok , but misleading Durning games, and bring frustration when you press a pass and yiurnolaywr still have a ball , after one minty the left stick stop coming to center position, what a shame to call this quality controller for extra price , stick to other brands that my advice .

Fantastic controller but I had to buy the paddles & other joy sticks then I got a case from ebay with the charger for £20. Glad it's in a case to protect the controller when it's not in use.

Primero decir que despues de leer reseñas me da miedo 😅 espero que no tenga fallo... de tenerlo usare la garantia, pero por ahora pondre mi opinion. En este paquete solo trae mando, cable y llave ajustable de los analogicos (aparte de obbiamente caja y papeles), cuando me dejo el chaval el paquete pense "me an engañado" 🤣 por que pesaba muchisimo... al sacaflo pude ver diferencias Pesa mas por que lleva mejores materiales y se nota nada mas cogerlo en las manos, segun conectas a la consola no es como un mando normal ya que tienes automaticamente al detectarlo un menu de actualizacion y de configuracion del mismo Se nota mucho mas preciso, duradero y resistente... eso si la unica pega que no me gusto y creo que tiene que ser dicha es que las palancas traseras que sueltas de calidad normal suelen rondar entre 10/15€ y ya podrian haberlas incluido... es como venderte un coche sin los limpias 😅 por lo demas esta de 10

Vorab: Ich habe den Controller erst seit ein paar Tagen, daher ist die Rezension auf den ersten Eindruck bezogen. Ob nach längerer Nutzung eventuell Probleme auftreten, bleibt abzuwarten. Gegebenenfalls werde ich diese Rezension dann anpassen. Ein negativer Kritikpunkt vorweg: Das Ding stank nach dem Auspacken und die "Gummierung" fühlte sich etwas klebrig an. Nach der ersten Benutzung habe ich mir also erst einmal ausgiebig die Hände gewaschen. Danach habe ich ein Tuch mit etwas "Spüli"-Wasser befeuchtet genommen, und die "Gummierung" damit ausgiebig abgeputzt. Jetzt ist der unangenehme Geruch nahezu ganz weg und das Ding fühlt sich sehr gut an. Ich habe Erfahrungen mit diversen Controllern, in den letzten Jahren hauptsächlich die Controller der PS4 und die Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, sowie am PC mit dem Xbox One Controller. Da die PS4 das Zeitliche gesegnet hat, kam vor einigen Wochen eine Xbox Series X ins Haus. Der beiliegende Controller ist im Grunde dem Xbox One Controller sehr ähnlich. Der Elite 2 Controller fühlt sich nach der ausgiebigen Reinigung sehr gut an, er liegt sicher und rutschfest in den Händen. Verglichen mit den anderen genannten Controllern bietet er das beste Feeling, auch das relativ hohe Gewicht empfinde ich als sehr angenehm. Vom Formfaktor her bietet er nicht viel Neues, aber die Bedienelemente laufen alle sehr gut. Das man den Widerstand der Thumbsticks in einem gewissen Rahmen einstellen kann, ist gut. Ebenso die Möglichkeit, die Triggertasten in ihrem Weg zu begrenzen. Ist ein Shooter angesagt, kann man den Weg auf Minimum stellen. Ist ein Racer angesagt, bei dem man auch mal etwas feinfühliger mit dem Gas umgehen muss, stellt man den Weg auf Maximum. Sehr schön! 😊👍 Dann gibt es noch die Möglichkeit, D-Pad und Thumbsticks auszutauschen, sowie Paddles an der Unterseite anzubringen. Solches Zubehör wird bei der Core-Version nicht mitgeliefert. Warum habe ich mich für die Core-Version entschieden, und nicht für das Komplettpaket? Naja, ich gehe sehr pfleglich mit meinem Kram um und benötige das Case nicht. Auch die Dockingstation halte ich für überflüssig. Sehr gut bewertete kompatible Paddles bekommt man schon für 7,99€, die habe ich dazu bestellt. Somit habe ich alles was ich brauche und habe insgesamt etwas mehr als 40,-€ weniger ausgegeben. Vielleicht kommen irgendwann noch andere Thumbsticks dazu, aber die bekommt man auch schon sehr günstig. Bislang bin ich mit den mitgelieferten Thumbsticks aber zufrieden. Fazit: Sehr schöner Controller, der aus meiner Sicht sein Geld wert ist, wenn er mindestens die nächsten zwei Jahre problemlos funktioniert.

A mio avviso è il miglior joypad per xbox. La confezione contiene il filo di ricarica, e la chiavetta per stringere le varie parti intercambiabili. Che non sono contenute nella confezione. Io le avevo già. Contentissima del prodotto.

Absolutely. I already own the elite series 1. This feels much lighter. Also liked the built in battery & Bluetooth connection to pc capability.
