including hdmi which is always nice (and rare
For one of the cheapest 144hz monitors out currently it doesn't look or feel cheap at all. This monitor has a variety of different inputs and actually came with all the cables for every input; including hdmi which is always nice (and rare.)First impressions regarding screen quality were good and that the screen is insanely bright, my eyes were in fact straining after an hour but I googled a calibration guide which recommenced tweaking quite a few settings including large reduction in brightness to produce a very clear and crisp picture. The factory settings are not great and the monitor definitely needed a lot of tweaking but it turned out fine; the menus to edit the picture settings were a bit fiddly but not unbearable to use.The slightly annoying menu and poor factory settings are the only issues but are completely irrelevant once you calibrate the screen. With this monitor I can easily notice a difference playing games on a higher framerate; especially shooters such as counter strike.I would definitely recommend this monitor to anyone looking to upgrade to a higher refresh rate without breaking the bank.

but very good quality for the price
Cheap 144hz entry monitor, but very good quality for the price.Firstly, it does come with a display port cable and several other cables. A few people complained about it not coming with the DVI-D dual link, but really if you're going to fully utilize the 144hz refresh rate, you should really be using a graphics card good enough to have a display-port port anyway. The picture quality and everything is okay, no dead pixels. The preset options on the monitor are terrible though, so you'll have to play around with it.The build quality is decent for the price. It has a good range of upwards tilt, but not much downwards tilt.Overall I'm quite impressed with it, good quality for such a low price.

Bought this during black friday at a very good price for a 144hz screen and cannot knock the monitor itself for the price. It was purchased for the response rate and refresh rate which is what this monitor is all about however initially I was very disappointed as I could not get it to run at 144hz with any of the cables supplied.Having looked into the issue further, it seems the leads that came with the monitor were not up to the job (Single link DVI, pathetic VGA cable, and the DP was a full DP and I needed a mini adapter, which I did not have)I tried other cables I had lying around and was able to get 144hz through VGA (using a slight hack to allow it) but was only just able to handle 144 and had ghosting and other issues.Purchasing a good dual link DVI-D corrected the problem and a miniDP to DP also worked very well for 144hz.The screen itself is very good for a TN although the default setting are very bright and need some adjustment to get to a nice level. Apparently is uses the same panel and tech as the next 1-2 model up but just lacks things like usb connectivity etc.Forget the built in speakers though as they are like gnats farting.I would recommend this as a no frills 144HZ monitor but dont forget to factor in the cost of better cables to achieve this rate.

The difference between these and my old monitor is like 8bit graphics and 16bit
A professional monitor at budget price. I bought 2 of these for a dual-screen setup. The difference between these and my old monitor is like 8bit graphics and 16bit. The screen was crisp. There was no more screen tears. I did have to lower the brightness/contrast down to 50 from 100 as it was bright. However, I can only get 144Hz on one screen while the other is at 60Hz. However, that's mainly down to my graphics card. I have one using DisplayPort at 1920x1080 at 144Hz. The other is using HDMI at 1920x1080 at 60Hz. My graphics card wouldn't let me use multiple DisplayPorts unless I connect 4 screens. Still, these are great monitors.

Wanting a 144hz Monitor? Dont risk/waste your money on this one.
This monitor may be decent, but thats if they deliver you a working one.The one I and a friend recieved clearly stated that they were displaying 144hz refresh rate but infact it was showing 60hz. We noticed this due to the different frame rates looking exactly the same. After returning my item I replaced it with an ASUS model and it was showing the fantastic smooth 144hz refresh rate I intented to get when purchasing a 144hz monitor. My friend however did not get the same luck, as he could only get the Monitor repaired or sent a new one through warranty in which he tried 3 times with 3 different or repaired monitors and they all did not display the 144hz refresh rate correctly.ASUS, Acer or BenQ - go for one of them and dont waste your money.

Fantastic for gaming!
A fantastic 144hz monitor for the price and very affordable for those who don't want to spend £200+. It's pretty much the cheapest 144hz out there but don't think that this is a cheaply made monitor. The difference between 60hz and 144hz is quite a lot especially if you're really into competitive FPS games like CS:GO. I found GTA 5 to run so much more smoothly, compared to my old 60hz monitor, with no screen tearing whatsoever. Even games like Battlefield 4 (where the fps is between 60-100) there is still a noticeable difference in how smooth mouse movements are compared to a standard 60hz. In other words, you don't need to be achieving 144 fps and above to notice a difference in gameplay. The build quality is pretty standard but I didn't expect anything amazing considering the price. I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone who's into gaming (particular FPS). I did have to fiddle with the OSD settings for a while since the brightness on the screen by default is very very bright. I set mine to around 40. Also note that you need to purchase a separate DVI-D cable since the one provided won't support the 144hz resolution. Even with the extra purchase, however, the monitor is still much cheaper (£30-50) less than any others on the market so grab it while you can!

... lightweight electric guitar bashed into it and it was pretty much beyond repair from there
Screen smashed when my brother's lightweight electric guitar bashed into it and it was pretty much beyond repair from there. That being said, despite the little use out of it I got. it showed rather sharp images as expected and was just generally a nice feeling monitor all round. Broke easier than expected though.

Eccezionale

Ottimo monitor
Secondo me è il miglior monito come rapporto qualità prezzo.
