Buy the longer leg if you don't like a wedgey
I purchased these to try, they are comfy but the downside of these shorty leg version is they ride up the legs quickly. I purchased the longer leg version to try and these do not rise up but personally I'm not keen on the feel of the longer leg as a general fit.

I've tried a wide variety of underwear, searching for a fit that could keep my goods from getting smashed between my legs, but not be uncomfortable or binding. I've hesitated on trying these for awhile, just based on price, but I promise, they're worth it! I find them to be the best at a quality material that can lift and separate for both a sexy appeal and a comfortable fit. They don't give me wedgies like others have and they don't smash anything either. The waistband is comfortable and the length options are great. For this EXACT purchase, I ordered a Medium (these are the trunk fit). I wear a 31-32" in jeans and pants and typically a small or medium in workout shorts. While I can wear these comfortably enough, I've tried the other sizes and I prefer the XL! I never would have guessed it, considering I can also like the medium. I do prefer fitted clothes and slim fitting wear, but the XL is actually more comfortable for me for a whole day wear. So I would recommend sizing up at least 1 if not 2 sizes. ALSO, I love trunks, but found that the 3" rise boxer briefs option was more "trunk-like" to me and fit better overall. The trunks were perhaps just a little too short. Again, still a great product, but for me: OBVIOUSLY EVERYMAN 3" BOXER BRIEFS, SIZE XL.
