These are some of the finest axes in the world - they arrive sharp enough to shave the devil's backside straight out of the box - construction and fitting is top notch - the balance is amazing and on top of all that, they look beautiful as well. If you're shopping around for a great camping / back-country / overlanding hatchet, save yourself the time and energy of shopping around and just buy it.

I have been wanting one of these for a while and finally pulled the trigger - this is a thing of beauty. Super sharp right out of the box. The quality craftsmanship is very evident in this axe.

I like how handy this thing is and the quality is exceptional but I do not like the fact that the product has cancerous hazards. At least they warn you.

It’s a great hatchet and will have for many years to come. It does need to be sharpened correctly when you get it. The factory edge is just for show.

The first one i ordered had a huge black knot in it that anyone with common sense would not put on the handle because it could brake out when in use. The second one had a crack in the handle at the bottom of it and was missing the belt loop. And I am still waiting for the money back 5 days past the time i was told it would be back to me for crapy product. I would think they were second hand if the heads on them showed use on them because normally these types of axes are great from hults bruk
