I also had a T-RexPro, but the Ultra is a lot better with more features. The step counter is more accurate and so are the medical functions. It takes a few days to set it up the way you like, but you can customize it to suit your self. Battery life is about the same as the T-Rex Pro. I get about two weeks out of a single charge, but I can't complain about that. It may just be the way I have my settings set. I know it's a little expensive, but it's worth it to me. Good looking watch.

This watch is fantastic! This is my 4th smartwatch. I've had the Samsung, 2 different Fitbits, and the apple watch. I am an iphone user. Nothing can compare to the apple watch paired with the iphone, it's seamless and the display is just beautiful. All that said I hate the way the apple watch looks. It looks like it was designed by girls for girls. Nothing against girls but I want a smartwatch that looks like a watch. I liked the look of the Samsung but just like the apple watch the battery life killed all the positives. This Amazfit T-Rex Ultra is beautiful, a man's watch, and I get 5 days of battery life normally. I know that's not the 20 days advertised but I like the always on display plus I wear it 24 hours a day everyday. The incredible things include nice display and many awesome watch faces. App is also pretty awesome. The workout and sleep feature details are also great, One huge thing is how fast it charges. I can pop it on the charger at 5% and it will be fully charged in 45 min and if needed you can charge it for like 10 min and get another day out of it. Bravo amazfit! Yeah you can't respond to text or answer a call on it which i'll admit are convenient features but you do see text and notifications and it lets you see the incoming call and reject it. To me the trade offs are worth it cause it's beautiful and pretty great all around. If you like your apple watch or your a girl then keep your apple watch because this is not really better...or is it?

I bought this watch about a year ago. It has many great options. The battery life was unreal at first. I noticed that if you play with the settings too much, you can over set your power consumption. (i.e. Always on displays, gps tracker, etc.)I have found my happy spot and charge my battery about once every third week. If I do a lot of workouts, that changes to two weeks. I do use the gps mapping while running, walking, and kayaking.I also bought a metal link band for it. The plastic type bands get stinky, although you can wash it easily with the water resistant watch. The metal band makes it heavier but that is what I personally like.One minor flaw was the issue of connecting my text messages to the phone. It is possible, just not very intuitive. I had to read, reread, and got a little frustrated. I also cannot use the watch interlinked with Amazon Music. An update could have come out that made those complaints invalid, but I haven't checked lately. (Update: my watch is now connected to my Amazon Music!)I love the different faces you can select, but be careful of power requirements. The watch charges very fast, so if you don't mind the minor inconvenience, you can choose whatever you fancy.Overall I am very impressed with this watch.

I had the Trex pro 2 for about 2 years use it and abused it on the daily and the screen never broke had a few scratches as expected, so I thought these one would be as durable but to my surprise I only had it for 3 months and the screen is already chip and I had no idea what caused, I'm very disappointed with the glass resistant but happy everything else they really a improvement from TRex 2

This watch is phenomenal in getting you into shape. They're is a huge program of information for the tech junkie. Also in tracking food, heart rate, and sleep.... I never knew a product could help me so much. The battery is so good you forget to bother with charging. The display and features keep you on track and as an ex trainer, I would recommend this for all clients. Great job Amazon. You knocked this out of the park. The watch is doing well to meet my varied uses. The watch is doing well tracking and recording my hikes, rows and walks. Lots of choices for watch faces and still searching for the one that gives it a good look and I can read the numbers related to the functions. Thought the battery life would be more but is less from what is advertised; Probably 70% lifespan.
