FROGG TOGGSMen’s FTX Lite Rain Jacket – 3-Layer Waterproof, Breathable, Stretch Comfort

Fabric is thin where soft outer layer repels well but not like a slicker. Inside has a soft plastic look but stretchy. I like it, used first time on a mid 60s day boat fishing with med heavy rain on occasions. Entire body dry that it covered but exposed pants wet. Guess the matching pant would have been ideal. It’s wind proof stayed warm and dry the hood drawstrings very easy to use and secure. It has zippers under the armpit plus waterproof zippers on the pockets. Hood was large but drawstrings handled wind and rain well keeping secure on my head as the boat cruised. Jacket is longer than expected covering down to crotch I wear a large and 5’11. Length worked out perfect as a raincoat. I will look for matching pants. Really good for the price.point under $100

This "raincoat" is more like a waterproof shirt. It might keep you dry but it's not a windbreaker or warm at all. Layer up if you need

Very nice jacket. Well made, nicely stitched, water rolls off the soft waterproof exterior, that has an interior waterproof lining. That lining is stitched and heat-taped so moisture can't sneak in. The jacket snaps and zips. The pockets are zippered, but they're shallow pockets, not my favorite. Also not my favorite is the large logo on the front breast. It's a bit much.

Keeps me warm and dry in severe fishing conditions. It’s not commercial but for what I do . It works extremely well

I have been a fan of Frogg Toggs rain gear for a long time. This is my favorite product yet. Jacket is lightweight and vey comfortable. Not to mention stylish. It looks good enough to wear regardless of the weather when you need a light outer layer. Size runs true. The jacket is well made and zippers work well. It is very breathable and seems to repel water well. I have not been caught in a deluge yet but so far so good. I got this jacket for fishing and the packable nature of this means it takes up very little space in the boat. I have high performance rainwear that I break out when facing a solid day of rain but this will work great for the pop up shower I tend to get caught in. It includes a stuff sack and when in the sack it takes up very little space. This would be perfect to throw in a backpack or glove compartment to have handy when the weather turns wet. I have always trusted the Frogg Toggs brand for lightweight, packable, quality rainwear at a reasonable price. I can highly recommend this jacket.
