Unfortunately had an inlet on same side as old style flush and had to change inlet to opposite side. The old ball valve had an offset to bring the fitting away from the back of the cistern, but as the new fitting was straight it was tight against the back - something to consider! Nether the less works well.

Was a little unsure of those "compact all in one flushes" had the old ball shut off . Bought this , took me about 10 mins to fit , isolation tap , unscrew the old , fit this one , turn on tap . That easy , perfectly set , straight out the packet, refills in half the time , and a lot quieter !!Can't recommend it enough .

Unit works well but is noisy, much more so than the one it replaced

It does exactly what it is meant to. There are some good features.
Its hard to write a detailed review on this, it works as it should. Out of the packet , the float level was fine for my cistern. If adjustment is needed, it looks easy enough.Something I do like is the brass thread. Many have a plastic one. My cistern is not perfect which mean I do need to really tighten the nut to stop leaks. I also use a little mastic as well.Being brass I can tighten the nut with confidence. The plastic threads I know Im pushing my luck as things get tight.
