KOHLER Bancroft Wall-mount bath spout with diverter, slip-fit connection

In just about 6 inches long in total. But the water comes out just short of that. It’s a beautiful fixture though. I wish I could keep it, but it’s just not long enough to clear the slope in my tub.

Brand new and still leaks like old one by diverter.........Diverter .gate is too loose. Will need to shim. Thought the new one would have a tighter fitting diverter gate. Looks like it will need shimming like the old one.

Water drips for an hour after turning shower off. So annoying.

This quality of this product is good the price was a little high.

NICE! The water doesn't come out very smoothly, kind of splashes around instead of a nice steady thick stream. It's solid metal and has some heft to it. I think the only regret I have is that I didn't get the twist on model. The slip on model is a little finicky trying to get it to set flush with the tile surface.

Renovated our bathroom about 8 years ago and already had to replace the wall mount diverter. Love Kohler products but expect them to last longer for the price and perceived quality.

It installed okay but the water that comes out just goes all over the place instead of as a nice consistent stream like my old spout.

It stopped working after 12 moths, I believe that the flap inside broke, does not switch to shower. nor sure if this come with manufacture warranty.

This item was an exact fit and so easy to install. I'm a senior woman and had no problem at all. I couldn't find the one we needed at any of the big box stores.
