It allows the use of battle ropes, suspension strap training systems and resistance bands. Crafted from steel the Protone Battle Rope Anchor measures 21cm long, 5cm wide, and protrudes just 9cm, allowing the anchor to be placed discreetly in almost any room. The steel arch allows a battle rope or resistance band to be easily slipped through, while a suspension strap training system can easily and securely be clipped on. How To Use Make sure that the Protone Battle Rope Anchor is placed flush onto the wall or floor. Once fixed to the surface you are able to slide the battle rope through the steel arch, attach the suspension training straps to the steel arch using the carabiner clips on the ends of the suspension training strap and pass the resistance tube through the steel arch. Begin the workout! What's Included When you purchase the Protone Battle Rope Anchor the box you receive will contain the anchor itself and 4 concrete bolts for fixing into brick and concrete. **Q: Will this fit a 38mm battle rope through it?**
A: Yes, easily.

**Q: What distance apart are the holes please**
A: The opening to slot the rope through is 6.5cm and the fixing holes are located 12.5cm apart  ( inner holes ) and 18cm ( outer holes )

**Q: I need help with the installation of this on my garage wall. Can anyone provide instructions of how I fit this  please ?**
A: I just drilled the correct hole, drill size should be in the pack. Depending if you want that to come down at some point or not, I also added some no nails in the drilled holes for extra hold. Raw plug and concrete fixing then added in.

**Q: Can anyone recommend me a video illustrating how to install into brick with plugs of this type? Im lost!**

Seems to be holding ok. Drilled pilots with a 6mm bit and main holes with a 12mm bit. Put a small piece of tape on the back of the bolts before putting them in wall to make it easier to get the bracket over the threads. Had to tighten the bolts far further then I expected, about an inch of thread now protruding.
