Would not recommend.
Unfortunately I found this leave in to be quite watery. I have curly hair (3b) and am undergoing dying my hair from dark to grey. The dying process initially made my hair very dry and I hoped this would help to revive it, however I did not. It actually didn't do anything for my hair at all and was soon sidelined for another product. I would imagine this may be suitable for straighter hair that is already in reasonable condition.Would not recommend.

Really good for scalp and hair. Recommended by a hair specialist. Try biotin tablets from Holland and Barretts as well for hair and nails.
