My brother really loves it , even though our mother disapproves this purchase . Very addictive and might cause you to bear brunt of recipient’s laziness , cos they are too busy playing games!!!!

I really like it playing games a lot I was satisfied but everything written was japenise and in the pic of the box they give was English

I'm thoroughly enjoying playing games on it but unfortunately it arrived in an unsealed original box secured with cellotape. The product seemed untouched and untampered (I checked all the screw for any screwdriver markings). I'm guessing it was opened during customs check.I have not returned it because it's an amazing product and such a shame that Nintendo has not released it officially in India. Given that the way they have set up the estore it's pretty easy to buy games and for the truly enthusiastic I would say it's good that they haven't officially released in India as I highly doubt we would be getting the same price and discounted sales as they do in other countries such as US (you can actually buy from the US estore "eshop" if you just reffer some YouTube videos).My stars are only due to the box condition. Actually let me see what Amazon support has to say about the unsealed box.Update: upon contacting support they just said broken seal isn't considered for replacement and disconnected. This was done by the "technical team".Update 2: They have taken the return and initiated refund process. Upon returning I spotted on a site that sells used games and consoles listing the exact same spec switch as "new unboxed" and with a price drop of about 5.5k. The seller couldn't be contacted by the Amazon team as I wanted at least a compensation for a unsealed "open box" item.Anyway as it seems the Amazon support that can be provided is refund and nothing else.
