A life long spirit level user, squinting with one eye thinking "yep that's about between the lines" albeit not with a million percent accuracy, but usually accurate.This is revolutionary. Frees up one hand from holding a spirit level, is incredibly accurate, and saves from pencil marks on the wall. Also is a lot wider than our standard spirit level.I can't comment on battery life but has easily been on for 2+ hours over the last few weeks and is still going. Hats more than sufficient for the average DIYer for a couple of months! I just remember to switch off as soon as I have my level
