CoBak Case for Remarkable 2 Tablet 10.3" 2020 Released

This case fits the reMarkable perfectly - secure, precise, and not bulky. All ports and buttons remain fully accessible, and the pen holder is sturdy while still allowing easy removal. The cover folds completely flat, which keeps the writing experience natural (no awkward angles). The green color is even better in person. Two quick notes: • The nib holder is tight the first time but loosens with use. • It does not swivel - open slowly so it doesn’t pop out with the pen tips. Overall, it protects the device well while preserving the lightweight feel that makes the reMarkable so enjoyable. Would absolutely recommend.

I own a reMarkable 2 tablet and wasn’t willing to pay the exorbitant price for the official case. After searching through Amazon and other websites, I decided on this case, and I’m very glad I did. The price is reasonable—especially when compared to what reMarkable charges—and the quality exceeded my expectations. It feels sturdy, offers great protection, and the tablet fits securely in the holder, so I don’t worry about it slipping out. I also really appreciate the built-in pen slot. It’s convenient not having to figure out a separate way to carry the pen. The extra pen-tip holder is a nice bonus as well, though I’d recommend storing no more than three tips—any more than that and you’ll probably need tweezers to get them out. While reMarkable’s pen tips holder has a built in slot to make removing the pen tips easier, I didn’t find it necessary to use it when changing tips. Overall, I’m not sure what the official reMarkable case could offer that would justify its higher price. This case meets all my needs, and I’m very happy with this purchase.

I love the old composition book appearance. The cover itself is far better than the remarkable cover that came with my tablet. The cover folds over flat w/o breaking the spine, the pen holder is much better, and the little compartment for pencil tips is useful. However, the part I loathe and might very well result in me returning this cover is the very VERY slick surface of the case. I don’t like the way it feels and I know it will slip out hands very easily. Some sort of texture on the surface would make this remarkable cover perfect.

Great case. Looks professional and doesn’t break the bank. The pen holder is a must because I know I will knock the pen off the tablet at some point and I like knowing there is a extra layer of protection so I don’t lose a $150 accessory.

Had first Colbak cover for couple years in industrial environment. Dropped several times. Tablet was never damaged but corner of cover cracked on last drop. Replaced with Cobak again because I know it protected well in the past.

This is my third cover in as many months for the RM2. The original black leather one was beautiful to look at and hold, but was too expensive to keep and I didn't like the risk of the marker accidentally detaching or flying off, so I returned it. I then got the Ayotu Grey Fabric one. I like the fabric look ad feel, but it has the same issue with the risk of the marker detaching in a rucksack or accidentally being flunged, so I kept the RM inside a sleeve when I was storing it in a ruksack etc. Enter the Cobak (in Grey Fabric, which was a later addition option to the different colours). From the minute I got it, I knew this is the one that would tick all the boxes. It looks and feels great. I couldn't tell for the first day or so that its in fact NOT fabric material (its textured PU), but its so well made that its near impossible (and I do mean near impossible) to tell that its PU and not fabric. The maker sits well in its slot and you can pull out and put back with ease (makes a satisfying click when you slot it back). My humble advice: get the Grey Fabric one, as it looks super classy when compared to all the other options! I also note that Amazon Canada stock a a Blue Denim look one too, if that's your thing. UPDATE 24 Aug 2024: So having been very much impressed initially by this cover, it turns out it has a major design flaw in one key thing it's supposed to do: protect the RM. At just over 6 months after getting this cover, I dropped my RM twice from a low height (no more than 3 feet, albeit on hard floor), and on each occasion, it fell on the side which has the on/off button and the USB charging ports. On that side with those 2 corners, there is no protection from the Cobak. The first time my RM fell, the USB port got damaged, but I still managed to charge the RM. The second time, it fell on the side/corner of the on/off button, which got stuck in pressed position, and there was no way to fix this. I had to fork out USD 150 for a replacement RM (a refurbished one), and have now switched cover to another brand. Downgrading to 3 stars.

Pour le prix c'est vraiment génial. Elle tient bien en place, n'est pas trop lourde, esthétiquement simple et belle et professionnelle tout en noire. Le range crayon est merveilleux aimanté juste a souhait, protege la mine des contacts tout en étant facile a prendre. Le petit porte mine est pratique pour ranger nos extras quoique dure a enlever, mais on au moins il ne tombe pas, donc c'est vraiment un "non problème" pour moi! Satisfaite je recommande Je l'utilise pour ma Remarkable 2 (en passant)

The harder shell provides better protection; I like the side slots for the Pencil and the tiny case for extra tips. Well thought through design without making it bulky or too heavy. A good purchase experience.

This product isn’t for remarkable 2 and the quality is horrible. It’s smaller than the remarkable 2 tablet and is of a very cheap quality

ペンを落としてしまってこれを買う決意をしましたが、もっと早く持っていれば良かったなと思います。ペンも純正ではなく市販品を買いましたが、5000-6000円くらいのもので、軽さに慣れるとそんなに悪くないなという感じでした。
