Este libro es justo lo que necesitaba. Estoy iniciando en el mundo de las ventas de Tiempo Compartido y este libro me ha caido como anillo al dedo. Explica muy bien los pasos de la venta, que hacer en cada paso, como comportarse frente a los prospectos y que esperar en cada momento para no estar sorprendido, y lo que mas me encanta los cierres prueba, tiene un monton de ejemplos y como aplicarlos desde el principo para cerrar al cliente desde el inicio. Excelente y muy recomendado... y por si se me olvidaba si he aumentador mis ventas en un 12%.

I started doing timeshare in January of 16... And had one week of training. I have been in sales for 16+ years, but trust me, timeshare is a total different animal. This book has helped me enormously. In my opinion, if companies really wanted you to be successful, they'd teach this book, for a mere minimum of three weeks, but they don't. You get one week and then it's game time. Not for the faint at heart, that's for sure.I would recommend this book to ANYONE, NOT JUST THE BEGINNERS. It helps you to brush up on things.This will be the best 20$ or less to help you make Thou$and$!!

In all fairness, Im not sure anybook can help a person be an amazing timeshare sales rep. After all, its timeshare sales. The people walking in are there for the free gifts. Lets not kid ourselves. Until the developers get rid of the annual fees, Im not sure the market will ever be that hot. The book was great though. It really walks you through the nuances of timeshare sales and the psychology behind them. However, I can read all the books in the world about archery, but how often do you think I will actually hit the bullseye? Good luck with your selling.

There are many shorter books available on the subject. They are all good with slogans, quick tips etc. But this book is the whole enchilada. Ms. Bruegger has a way of presenting her material grounded in reality with real life examples. I have been able to apply these principals with courage and a sense of understanding that I didn't have before. It has filled in all the gaps that we're missing from my original training, where we just had to memorize scripts. I go to work each day with a sharper set of tools at my disposal. Re-reading this book is my new hobby. I highly recommend this book for novice and pro alike who want to hone their skills and seriously impact their VPG.

I'm a sales trainer in the timeshare world and this is the best book I've found for that type of sale by far. Does a great job breaking down the details of every step. Alsoblovr how it covers how to respond to over 100 objections in the back.

I bought this book because I sell advertising and have become very interested in learning one call closing techniques. What better field to study than timeshare sales when looking to close a deal on the first visit? While this book was written for timeshare sales, there are tips and lessons in it that apply to any sales situation where the job is to get the sale closed on the first call!This book has helped my in my Advertising career immensely. I highly recommend it!

It's a book, what does one say about a product like this. I wanted one and I now have it. If you want a laugh and have gone through the time share sales pitch it is a nice flow chart for you watch the sale person walk through.

Excellent book!!! This was the only book I have truly seen that is targeted directly to the entry position in timeshare sales. The section with over 150 objections and how to overcome them is worth the price alone. If you have a shaky presentation or you would just like to find a better way to close a solid deal then THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU!!! It is worth every penny! The only regret I have is that I didn't find it sooner!
