why don't the manufacturers state which domes are suitable for which actual brands and model names?

Siemens domes are used by many different hearing aid manufacturers. The hearing aid manufacturer should tell you which type of Siemens domes are suitable for your hearing aid in their instructions.. The supplier of your hearing aid should have checked the size of dome that you require as this depends on the size of your ear canal. Sorry this is the best I can do. I would suggest that you go back to your supplier to confirm the type and correct size. Best regards Ed.

don't know about being any size, I just order open 8mm domes, these are the best I have had

I got these domes for my Husbands hearing aids,they are the same as he gets from the shop he had his ears tested but they are cheaper, they do what they are supposed to do & work great for him, he is pleased with them, definitely buy again as he needs to change them regularly and worh the money.
