The seat provides optimal safety for children from birth until about 4 years old. It is a baby car seat and Group 1 child car seat in one. For babies and small children up to approximately 18 months old (up to 13kgs) the seat can be used in the rear facing position. When your child gets older, the seat is simply turned around in the forward facing position. One Car Seat, Various Options The intelligent belt guide ensures firm fixing whatever position the seat is in. The headrest is adjustable to six heights and the strap guide adjusts automatically. The single handed twisting knob at the front allows for simple recline position adjustment. The Concord Ultimax Isofix. 2 has a five point strap system which is centrally adjustable and user friendly. Comfort for all ages The Concord Ultimax. 2 Isofix has soft padded covers which are easy to remove and wash at 30 degrees. The covers have the Trizone concept, depending on their use - either comfortable, breathable or hard wearing. There is a removable pelvic insert for significantly more seat depth for larger children, this can be removed when your child is over 9kgs.
