I work as a truck driver in the entertainment industry so I spend weeks away from home at a time living in a truck. I use these heavily when I’m out and about as a much better alternative to fast food or supermarket microwave meals.As well as being nutritionally good for you, I find them really filling and incredibly cheap. I’ll often buy 2 or 3 boxes, usually of different flavors before I leave for a few weeks and they do me fine. I’ve also lost a fair amount of weight by replacing rubbish meals with these and hefty amounts of exercise. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.

I bought this for when I'm on the road travelling internationally and not wanting to have a tub of powder in my bag. It mixes well and tastes pleasent enough. I couldn't give an accurate discription on how beneficial it is as I don't use it solely for my protein needs, only when on the road.

Definitely makes you feel more satiated especially if eaten when really hungry just before bedtime. You sleep better as well

Nice shakes, easy to mix ready made sachets so your not stickin your arm in an oversized unnecessary tub! I got ripped in like 10 days having one for breakfast and one before bed, eating quorn and brown rice stir fried, and doing loads of cardio (work) and weights.

Works well, gets me going in the morning as a sugary breakfast replacement
