These are probably the best steelbook protectors out there. They're made of real hard plastic on all sides, so even a good drop will not damage whatever you put inside. They're a good fit for bare steelbooks and a tight fit for steelbooks with a J card, but they still fit.However, at 60$ for two, you could probably find two actual steelbooks to buy for the same price. Not to mention it's just plastic. 30$ each seems quite excessive. It should be 30$ total for the two.If they lower the price, I would certainly buy more, but otherwise, unless it's for a very expensive/treasured steel book, I would buy the cheaper ones.

This product is nice . Good fit

I looked everywhere for dimensions but couldn't find the maximum height. I decided to take the chance on these since they claim to fit slip covers. The maximum height these can hold is 6 3/4 inches. My Blu Ray with slip cover was 7 inches so it did not fit. These appear to be of high quality but they do not fit as universally as it leads you to believe.

The media could not be loaded. They are nice and thick. They are crystal clear and would provide adequate protection for your steelbooks. They open easily but that is also a problem. The issue is they must not have very thorough Quality Control. One of the two, I received, the load tab slips out. It does it from under its own weight, with no external force. For the price of these, that’s unacceptable. You can turn it in the other direction so it doesn’t fall down on the shelf, but as soon as you pick it up and move it, it will just fall out. I don’t want to have to pick it up every time I pick up the movie. A premium price requires a premium product. I could not recommend these to others, you’re better off getting the thinner ones that you can get in bulk for cheaper.
