Ordered medium (male thin arms) and was just a tad tight, but has helped enormously.

These are really comfortable & I wear them at night. They help with elbow pain and pins & needles

I have had tennis elbow for some time and wearing an epicondylitis class became extremely painful. This is comfortable and can be worn for longer periods of time and does seem to ease the pain. I have not been wearing it for long enough to say what the final outcome of using it will be but the reduction in pain is welcome

I got these for a family member suffering with tennis elbow, and they've certainly helped a lot. The material is thick and durable, and offers good support, but it's also very flexible and breathable. They're comfortable to wear, with well finished edges, so there's no rubbing or chaffing. If you're of a smaller stature, then you might find they cover a fair amount of your arm, rather than just the elbow area, but that doesn't affect their performance. I have no idea if the "copper ion infusion" is just a marketing gimmick or not, but they're well made and effective regardless.

The Lusenone 2 Pack Copper Elbow Supports come in resealable plastic pouch. When these were first posted up as available for test & review, the product wasn't posted up with a size guide. I'm glad that's now been corrected. Fortunately, I've ordered elbow supports in the past & knew that I'd most likely be a size L. These fit well for general support with exercising. If looking for compression support, then do pick a size down from what is recommended on the sizing guide, this will then provide a tighter fit for compression. I wasn't looking for compression, and when I do require increased stability support if performing very heavy lifts, I would usually use elbow straps too.The Lusenone elbow supports are a good quality construction with excellent stretch & comfort. Very breathable. I'm aware of Lusenone having highly rated & popular knee & ankle supports with their copper infused fibres. I can't say whether the copper infused fibres will be beneficial, but if I happen to experience any elbow soreness or an injury, it will be good to know that the copper infused fibres can aid in speedier recovery.Overall, very comfortable elbow supports for general exercise use, but if looking for tight compression support, do size down from the recommended size in the size guide.

I got size M and it fits and gives decent support but could be a little tighter, perhaps I should have gone for a smaller size but I did use the size chart.I got this to help give support when weight training and some relief afterwards and it works fairly well. Decent support whilst still being flexible and can be worn under clothes with no problems.The design is nice, tapered to the bottom and nice pattern.
