SSHD Must Have! Gentle and Effective
SSHD/LSHD Belly Bestie! We’ve been using this from 2 years old til present-8yrs. Gentle on his tummy, takes in morning, effectively and successfully empties fully around 6pm. The chocolate taste hides the medicinal taste of the senna and we just add it to his breakfast essentials chocolate milk. I can’t tell You how many kinds of chocolate senna liquid brands we’ve tried and this one is his favorite! No cramping, pains from this syrup! We’ve reordered this countless times! Maybe this should be my first auto-ordered item!

It taste really good and it works !!
I ran out of the senna powder that I usually buy from the herbal store but this week I decided to try something different and order this one. Let me tell you! I should have brought this a long time ago, it taste really good and it works. The senna powder has a bad taste I really hate drinking it but the one I brought from amazon is the best.

it definitely got things going
it definitely works a little too well. I took more than what the recommended dose was and regretted it. It's something that you definitely want to take overnight. That'll work for you in the morning. It's very effective. Just don't take too much from what I found out, it's very hard on the liver. If you don't use it correctly.

Great alternative to Miralax
The lid came broken, (not the seal,) otherwise I would have given this a five star. This is GREAT for neurogenic bowels, and an amazing alternative to miralax. My son has spina bifida, and his bowels don’t move properly, but I didn’t want to go straight to miralax, and it took a few adjustments to find the right dosing for him, but we finally got him moving and it’s wonderful. He even likes the taste!
