Your skin is a barrier against the outside world. Issues like eczema, psoriasis etc are caused by a breakdown in that barrier due to an inappropriate immune response to outside irritants (amongst other things). Epimax is a barrier cream, aiding your skin's barrier function and allows it to heal. It traps moisture so is also good for dry skin (which also leads to a breakdown of the skin's barrier function). I truly recommend this cream for people with any skin issues. Its cheaper than its competitors that provide the same function, its unscented and therefore doesn't have random ingredients that can irritate your skin further. This is also one of the barrier creams that is recommended by doctors in the UK, and is what is prescribed to patients with skin issues. It is on the thicker side - however I wouldn't say its greasy.
