Get The Fruit: Band 00/Lilac Paperback – Illustrated, 20 September 2004

I bought this book as I knew it had pictures in the back of it that the children in my class would be able to order, and it fit into our topic. I was very disappointed when it turned up and actually didn't use my copy. Throughout the whole book there are no words in it. This was not what I was expecting.There are questions at the back of the book to help you ask questions for guided reading, however this is not what the book was intended for.The images are humorous, and perhaps in a different lesson the book would have been great. I would not have bought this book, however if I had known there were no words in it. Due to not having any words in the book and that is why it had been bought, this is why the book has been given only 2 stars.
