Solves the loud "pop" on play.
Musician? Singer? Use a tablet for backing tracks but can't go down the bluetooth route as you need seperate stereo output? Been using the headphone socket and experience a distinct "thud" when you select next song? This solves it as (I'm guessing) the DAC conversion goes down a different route. The thud is basically the headphone amp switching on and this bypasses that. Same volume, actually better quality (no hiss).

not studio quality 24bit
I was hoping i could save a few pounds on an interface by using this instead... Playback quality in windows is limited to 16bit 48000hz so not really any good for studio monitors (using the presonus eris 3.5) Might be a suitable solution depending on your use case.

Works great!
Always a good inexpensive chord needed for home recordings. Quality is excellent. Wish it was a bit longer but then the price went a little pricey.
