It very good device wireless device and hence there is no need of sensor wire. Easy to use and must have product with excellent customer support. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

Being an IT engineer, I was extremely excited about this product. It didn't work well though. Their WhatsApp responses were very quick. Overhead wireless sensor stopped working in 2 months, battery depleted, and the logic of automatic functionality was inconsistent. They immediately agreed to replace it. It took 3 weeks to get replacement through Speed Post both ways. Unfortunately, the automation logic was not working properly. They asked to re-send it to check. Thankfully, they replaced the whole system. It took 2 weeks to get the replacement, via Speed Post. It was the updated version as well, so I was happy and thankful to them. Within 4 months, the control unit stopped working, not switching on at all. Since then, they have neither responded on WhatsApp nor calls. Not usable after 8 months and two replacements. This is an year old experience. I was hoping that they would respond, as I really want this innovative product to succeed. Product concept is good for the consumer, good for their company and business. I even gave some improvement suggestions and wrote and shared a detailed algorithm for automatic functionality once. I just felt like sharing this experience now, as I'm buying another brand's product, but would miss on the wireless part, which was the Unique Selling Point of this one. I didn't put the wiring provision to my sump during renovation that time, because this was wireless. Now, I can't have full automation even with wired product.

Excellent product

I have been searching for a wireless device to control the water levels of a remote tank in my farm, at the same time checking the availability of water in the sump from where I am pumping. Hard-wiring was not an option since the remote tank was nearly 300 metres away. The construction quality of the controller is not that great. I feel it is a flimsy plastic box, but it gets the job done. The sensors looked sturdy and weather resistant. I have installed the sensors on both the tanks and the motor-starter near the sump. The device functions well as advertised. However, I have encountered a couple of issues, which I hope the manufacturer could address in the future versions. Issue1 : Handshake between the wireless sensors and the master controller takes a pretty long time. In case of a power failure, and when the power comes back, the sensors do not get initialized for 10 minutes or more. During this period, if we start the pump, it wouldn't stop automatically and the tank would overflow. Apparently, the device should be aware of the sensor signals before the function starts. You have to make sure the sensors are paired and the water levels are being indicated before starting the pump. Issue 2 : Once the main tank gets filled, the motor is automatically stopped and if we happen to press the pump start button again, it will start the pump without checking the levels. In this condition, the pump wouldn't stop and the tank overflows. The pump logic has to be made in such a way that if the tank is in full condition, the pump should not start at all. Hope you will give some thoughts about these problems.

It's quite easy to get installed by any electrical technician. Swarn Jal customer care provides proper guidance over call while installation. I'm using this submersible controller for 1 week and it's working perfectly fine. Sensors are very accurate. Updating this review after 1.5 year of usage. The functionality of the device is good. But I faced issues with the device twice in this 1.5 year. The device all of sudden stops to start the submersible when tank gets empty. The customer support is pathetic. You will just get tired of contacting them to get the issue resolved. They will keep ignoring your calls msgs. Fortunately I'm an electronics engineer, so I was able to get my device running again by checking and resolving my issue myself.

Working well with good condition.

Very useful product as per graphics shown in photos. Material quality should be improved. Body material not strong enough. Electrical parts should be of best brands. High accuracy. Device works automatically without any requirement of internet connection.

The 4-level indicator is incredibly useful, and the 50-floor range is impressive. The three operational modes—Fully Automatic, Auto Cut, and Manual Mode—provide great flexibility. I especially appreciate the fully automatic mode for its convenience. Installation was straightforward, although it took some time to get everything set up correctly. The device works efficiently and has been reliable in maintaining the water levels in our tank. However, I did find the manual a bit lacking in detail. A more comprehensive guide would be beneficial for users who might not be as tech-savvy. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. The patented technology and overall performance make it a worthwhile investment. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable water level controller for their submersible pump!
