This is a very good replacement for the standard locks on the 4 point docking hardware on your bike. These are a direct replacement that you can lock with a key to give you piece of mind when your bike is out of site while you are out and about on rides...works very well and keeps honest men honest. A great price worth the effort !

These are a complete waste of time and money. They do not fit.

i installed these on my high dollar king tour pack mount, on my 2022 harley davidson road glide special, as mentioned in another review, these are flimsy, but these will secure your tour pack, i tried wobbling the tour pack to see if it was loose and it seemed stable without any movement, my key worked fine, but this could be just my application has more room, and i actually just had to use this lockable latch alone, i was able to just use my existing hardware from the oem latch with adding thread locker to the existing hex srew, i didn't use any of the hardware that came with the latch, hopefully, this will serve its intended purpose

Work as well as HD PART

They are slightly different sized than the stock ones. You need to use the hardware included because the bolts are not the same size as stock. Unfortunately they are a little loose. Not enough to vibrate or anything but they don’t operate as smoothly as the stock does. I don’t ever remove my sissy bar or rack so not a problem if you are looking to just make it harder for someone to detach your accessories and walk off with them.

I lost one of these docking latches from the sissy stick on my Road King and needed a replacement. I found these with locks and couldn't wait to get them installed. I will say this time I made sure to put some locking agent on the threads of the screw so it wouldn't vibrate and fall off again. I didn't even think to do that when I got the backrest originally. I happened to be installing a small luggage rack (I also got it from Amazon) when I noticed the missing latch on the seat back.These are great because not only will they keep the seat back secure, they'll prevent someone from just being able to pop it off my bike and walk away with it. I hadn't considered this in the past but it makes perfect sense to have to lock latches for exactly that reason. Quick disconnect add-ons are at risk of someone just releasing the latches and taking your upgrades. These will put an instant stop to that.

This billet aluminum allow is pretty nice and although the paint will ultimately get chipped off or dinged up with use, I think the set is pretty good for the price. You are not paying HD prices for these and with that you get a decent lock that is basic and simple. It works and it looks pretty good. Its only job is to deter people from walking off with your quick release stuff. I chose to use the OEM hardware instead of the provided hardware just because I feel it was just a little nicer. They do feel a little flimsy, like they could have made them a little beefier and stouter, but I am sure you would then be driving prices up considerably.The lock functions just fine and I am not having any issues with space or use. I wasn’t expecting much, but I am happy with the locks and I think it is a pretty good deal if you don’t want to pay HD prices.
