Package arrived swiftly so we could use it straight away. It works well and detected pipes and cables in the walls which we wanted to avoid when hanging pictures and mirrors.Can't go wrong for this price, a fraction of the cost of competitors.Easy to use, accurate and well worth the investment.

I was sceptical of this, seemed too cheap so wasn’t expecting much.Once you calibrate it, it works very well.I’ve used this to find electric cables and wall studs before drilling.It was accurate enough for me to find the middle of a timber wall stud.

The media could not be loaded. Used it to detect stud partitions in wall. Easy to follow instructions and easy to calibrate. A choice of stud thicknesses and materials including metal rebar and A/C wiring can be detected if required. Pinpointed centre of studding after several passes. Can be a bit temperamental and needs to be scanned with a slow and steady pass, it then works fine.

I found the Folai Electronic Stud 5 in 1 Stud Finder to be a reliable tool that helped me complete my home DIY projects with ease. The device is lightweight and easy to hold, and the LCD screen clearly displays the location of studs, metal, and live wires.The automatic shut-off feature was useful for saving battery life. However, I did notice that the accuracy of the device was not always consistent, and there were a few occasions when I received false readings. But given the price, I think these are some of the trade-offs. It's still much better than no info though!

Simply select the appropriate material to detect then offer up to wall or floor etc. Follow the well written instructions for calibration and it will alarm with a loud buzzer when it finds the item (pipe, cable etc). Can be fine tuned for even more accuracy with repeat measurement. Has a large, clear, blue lit display which helps in poor light.

I bought this to do some DIY projects at home and looked at others to compare ease of use, price and quality and this item always came out best. I've used it countless times now and it's easy to use and does as advertised. Recommended.
