I purchased this product for everyday household projects like changing lightbulbs in the ceiling fixtures, hanging pictures & painting. I am in my 60's with vaulted ceilings in my home and needed a ladder that was safe & higher than the traditional 2-step ladders for reaching upper cabinets. The item was delivered on time and came fully assembled except the safety railings. Very easy to connect them with one screw & a nut in each of the 4 holes (2 on each side) SO EASY! The ladder is light weight for its height & durability and I feel perfectly safe on it with the no-skid grips on the legs, the safety rails, the wide steps, the padded safety lean bar at the top & the auto locking mechanism that releases for storage at the push of a button. The ladder folds up nicely and requires minimal storage space, about 6 to 8 inches wide when folded with the safety rails still in tact. Love this product & highly recommend it, especially those people that don't feel comfortable on ladders, have underlying physical conditions or have limited storage space. I will save a lot of money now that I can do my own Handy Man projects around the house!

I like this a lot, I like having handles to hold on to as I climb unlike other step ladders. I can easily get things up on top of my closet, and have don a lot of reorganizing since I got it. It has a latch on the top stair that looks like it is supposed to hook on the metal rail , however it is not in a position to clip on to that rail that is just underneath it, and the ladder is less stable without that support. Not sure if I should try bending the metal or not. Also one rail is slightly loose and it can't be tightened, i will probably glue it and re attach the screws so it is more stable

This ladder is light weight and easy to move around the house. It looks nice in my pantry. It is not the highest quality metal, it says it will support 350lbs but you'd be taking a risk to get on it if you were that heavy. For the price it's working out ok, just a little flimsier than they lead you to believe. Chinesium metal.

I am an arthritic senior citizen afraid of heights. I am very excited about this ladder. It's sturdy, the hand rails enable me to use the ladder with a sense of security made even greater by the wide, deep steps that accommodate my whole foot. It is moderately heavy, but easy to "walk" to move - no need to pick it up to carry. This is a brilliant invention that I highly recommend.

I needed a smaller ladder to use inside my home rather than lugging the big one my husband has in the shed. I love this for small odd jobs inside my home. It is lightweight, easy for me to use, opens and closes easily and I store it in the garage for easy access. I weigh 230 lbs and am 60 years old and can use this on my own. I love having the handles on each side to hang onto as my balance isn't what it used to be. I would highly recommend.

I feel very safe using this ladder outside as well as inside as a 79 year old female. I highly recommend this ladder for any age individual. The only negative comment for me was it is slightly heavier then I would like but I am not as strong as I use to be! Having said that I feel very safe using this ladder!

Got it for me because it’s hard for me to climb ladders and it has the handles on the side to hold onto the climb up and it has wide steps it’s a great ladder. I got the four step.
