It does the cleaning job but a loose handle fitting.
Product is good but it has loose plastic fitting. If you try to lift it using even when it is empty, the handle provided with the item, it cannot bear the load and comes out. Product is good it does its job of cleaning and it water squeezing also works nice. Overall 4 star for the product.

Very heavy ..
I always get help from otherâs reviews so I would like to write to let people know some information that I could not find.I sent it back because I think itâs ridiculously and unnecessarily heavy. It looks sturdy but the turning function is not the same as original brand one which is plastic but perfect weight and super smooth. Iâm going back to original brand v *****

best bucket and mop ive bought but !
really happy with this , everything about it mop and bucket perfect , the ease of use to flush water , mop spins well BUT , the handle came off or would of got 5 stars

Bucket leaks and handle broken only had 8 months
I am absolutely appalled by the mop bucket, not only does it leak constantly and has done for over 4 months. The handle also broke withing two months, you pay quite alot for this mop bucket for it to break within a year ... retailers need to look at the flaws with this particular mop bucket .. not worth the money

Great mop and bucket!
This mop and bucket set is great! The bucket holds sufficient water whilst the dirt sinks into the groove around the edge. The spinning action dries the mop out really well so that you can dry the floor almost completely after mopping. The mop head itself is of good quality, and you get spares too. The plug at the bottom is a helpful feature to empty the dirty water without tipping it everywhere.

At last a great mop and bucket
Mop is great and the bucket holds plenty of water. The spin for the mop is really good I am really pleased with it.
