Why oh why didn’t I purchase these items before, post drilling holes in bathroom tiles, only then for a toilet roll holder or towel rack to become “fragile”. The 3M adhesive tape works better than plugs and screws and actually doesn’t move.I’mActually kicking myself after buying 2 new builds ...... I really should have tried this product before...... plus no need for tile drill bit, mess, anything!!! Marvellous-would never use a screw product again! Actually looking now to see if there is a waterproof shower rack one can install in the same way!!

As a toilet roll holder, I must say this product does the job very well.It started on a rainy day in May; I was searching hard for a toilet roll holder that had a basic design and didn't require holes in the wall. Whilst I am fully capable of drilling holes in walls, I decided that my new tiles deserved more respect, and I knew that I would be too lazy to find my drill once the holder arrived anyway.I discovered the world of self-adhesive toilet roll holders. I must say, this was something akin to discovering affordable Bluetooth headphones, finally liberating me of wires once and for all. Knowing that I could buy a toilet roll holder that didn't require drilling holes, fitting rawl plugs and screwing was such a weight off my mind.On the day of arrival, I excitedly waited by the door for the delivery man to approach. I quickly took the item, thanked the kind man and ran back inside so I could quickly tear open the packaging and see my prize. The product looked and felt wonderful, with a certain heft to it.Once I was done playing, I finally approached the easy task of fitting it, made far less daunting by the self-adhesive feature of this particular model. First, I sat on the toilet as if I had just finished my business, then I reached across to find the most natural position to place the holder and carefully marked the point with a pencil. Next, I took my spirit level and lined it up on the wall to ensure the holder was not crooked - it's something people notice. Whilst holding the spirit level in place, I slowly peeled off the backing paper from the holder.Ideally, I would have had someone to help me at this stage as I don't have three hands, but I managed anyway. Another option would have been to peel the backing paper away before lining up the spirit level, but then you need to be careful not to stick the holder to something else.So finally, I slid the holder along the bottom of the spirit level and once I felt comfortable with the position, I pushed it back against the wall, and it was done. Nothing further was required. It hasn't moved at all in three months, even with the stress of constantly carrying many hundreds of sheets of paper wrapped around a card tube.This product was so good, I ended up buying a second one for the other (newly tiled) bathroom.

Just what I was looking for: a solid, non-fiddly toilet roll holder that was easy to put up. I prefer the type that is just a metal bar so the toilet roll can be easily put on, but with my last one the bar got loose and the toilet roll kept falling off. This looks like it is allone piece and the bar is very firmly in place. I’ve had it up for a few days and so far no problems. It was very easy to put up too - just peel the backing strip off and stick it onto the tiles or wall.

Very nice quality, a little weighty and very smooth. Simple to do, just peal off the back and stick on. Strong sticking power, didn't need to follow the instructions of leaving it for 24 hours- once it was on it was on and holds things fine. Very happy.

This seems like a well made holder. Although teh 3M tape tehy supply is string I decided to put some small holes through the base (thank the universe for cobalt tipped HSS drill bits) and use small screws just to make sure. The only downside to an adhesive pad is that you only usually get one shot at putting it up so make sure its level before pushing it onto the wall!When its up it looks decorative in a pleasing industrial and architectital way and is easy to use as there are no loose or moving parts such as you get with other holders.

After moving to a new apartment, managing company said strictly no to drilling in bath room. We tried the standing toilet paper roll but did not like it. Ordered this one even though I was not very sure when my husband order it, surprisingly it works. It stays where it belongs and look amazing . Ordered another one for the second bathroom.Definitely recommend this product.

Why didn’t I buy this a long time ago! My kitchen top is now clutter free and it holds all my utensils - very strong and easy to stick on - love!!!
