Smart, portable, quality pen
These pens are so great I've got three of them. They are compact enough to carry in a pocket or small bag, without any fear of leakage. The writing quality is always consistent with no smudges or dryness, and the pen has a good weight, grip and feel to it, with the lid fitting comfortably onto the end to create a standard length pen.

I love my space pen
I bought this pen exactly 13 years ago from Amazon, and it still works perfectly having used it on and off throughout that time. I chose the gold coloured version which looks gorgeous.When closed it's very compact, but opens to a perfectly usable size when the cap is placed on the other end. I have to admit it was well under half the current price when I bought it, so perhaps not quite the bargain it was then. Nonetheless, a wonderful example of a quality space pen.

Great, writes anywhere.
Great, replaces the silver one I lost half of! really handy to go with a small notebook, and it does write anywhere. Love it.

Does what it says on the tin. Shame about the loose cap, when writing.
Was comfortable to use and worked very well. However, returned the pen as the cap kept falling off when in use. Never happened with my brass or chrome ones.Such a shame as really liked it.

WET WEATHER NOTE TAKER.
A very useful pen with a brilliant finish. Wanted one so I can make notes whilst out in the fields on a farm where wet weather can obviously be a real nuisance when using a notebook. Beautifully designed.Highly recommended.

Bought to replac one lost

Hmmm.
Not as good as the silver one that this replaced. Feels a bit flimsy and the top does not fit that smugly.UpdateAfter using this for six months the 'brass' has now worn to a rather dull unattractive surface ( I suppose the term 'Gold coloured brass' should have given me a clue). If this is indeed a genuine Fisher Space Pen then their standards are falling... Would now only award one star......

Gold Space Pen
I had a matte black space pen that got lost and replaced it with a nice brass model. That too got lost and so 2 decades later decided to purchase the Gold Coloured Space Pen (and separate clip). I much prefer the chrome space pen and still like the gold finish. I haven't yet seen the brass space pen on sale anywhere. In general top marks for the Fisher space pens innovative design, writing qualities and long lasting ink. Top rating
