Review: Works great on my Android 22 ultra. - My first Gimbal after messing around with a few that my friends had. Now they all want one like mine. The M6 works great! It does everything I want. The locking mechanism is the only thing that I worry about. the First lock is a latch and holds tight but the next lock is a little flimsy and will probably fail before long. Construction is great and easy to operate. The AI sensor mount is amazing and works great. It even picks up if it loses my face for a moment. My friends gimbals do not. The 3 axis are snappy and support my phone well. It will not fully balance my phone vertically but perfect horizontal. I may have to add a counter weight. I have a case on my phone and that has a little to do with the balance but vertically it still a little off without the case. Motors are stout and hold the phone stable. I am very happy with this purchase and my buddy's are jealous.

**Q: Hi does M6 have a slow motion mode (120fps or 240fps)? If it does have slow motion, does the tracking work in slow motion mode?**

If the native camera of the your phone supports 120FPS or 240FPS in slow motion mode, then Hohem Joy APP will also support it under slow motion mode.

**Q: Is the active track limited to face? So if I were to use the AI active track on a dog it won’t work?**

**Q: Why is the motor overheating abnormally?**
A: Dear customer, 
Below are possible causes for such overheating for your reference:
1. The gimbal is turned on before you mount and balance the phone on it properly. Kindly be noted that the gimbal requires stricter mounting and balancing for large-screen phones. 
2. The gimbal is turned on without the phone mounted and balanced on it.
3. APP shooting mode is being used for a long time.
4. The phone is being used while being charged.
We provide 12-month warranty for our products. If you somehow received a wrong item, please feel free to contact us via the contact details in the Manual. We will reply and solve it within 12 hours.

**Q: Will this gimbal work woth the Galaxy s10+ ?**
A: I am not sure what size your phone is compared to the Samsung S23 Ultra, but this gimbal overheated and shutoff (repeatedly) with my phone. I sent it back within 30 minutes after receiving it. I do not recommend this gimbal at all.

If you ever had blurry pictures or shaky videos, this is a nice item to have. While I try to capture events or trying to take pictures of my kiddo's events. This gimble came to the rescue, you can pan or zoom in without making your video shaky or blurry, and this will also charge your phone while taking long videos.
