Amazing product perfect for breastfeeding discreetly or swaddling baby up without them over heating. Washes well and the pattern is lovely!

The colour I received for review was Watercolour Roses Pink, which is very pretty but more appropriate for a girl; the other colours are fairly gender-neutral.It is the perfect weight, not too thick or light but still warm enough to give an extra bit of comfort. You can use it for much more that swaddling, e.g. as a light blanket for times when it gets a little bit chillier, a pushchair shade to drape over the hood to keep the sun off your little one or (as my wife suggested) a modesty muslin for breastfeeding.It washes well too. The first time we tried it with one of the grandchildren, it wasn’t long before it needed a wash; after a cool wash and a line dry, it was as good as new and ready for another outing.It is a good size too, 46 x 46 in or 116 x 116 cm. It folds up really small, so it can be carried around in your baby bag ready for use for the baby - or even the mother, as it can be draped round an adult’s shoulders and has an attractive floral design.Excellent value too.NB if you don’t know how to swaddle, the pack includes guidance!

This is wonderful as a shawl in addition to using for baby and child.There are a couple of labels which would be annoying for all uses as they are heavier than the fabric they hang down which I removed carefully.The design is reminiscent of Sanderson famous rose design, and the fabric indeed gas ventilation designed into it, as there are checkered sections with less thread in them, which aid air travel but mostly as it is pure cotton muslin.This means it would work well as something to drape over the pram and keep the sun off and as a swaddling fabric.I've used it here as a shawl as I think it's good as something to wear on holiday or in the summer to use when the sun gets too hot and though you've used suncream you are not sure if it was 2 hours or more ago and don't want your shoulders to burn! I've used one of those hair twisties to secure it.

Although it tends to pink that does not detract from the uses it can be put to although we use it for a boy. It is large, washes really well and has so many uses other than as a swaddle (which it works very well as). It can be used whilst breast feeding when out of the house, as a blanket for the pram or carry cot, a sunshade, the list goes on. Really really pleased with it. The only thing I would say is it would be better if they were all made unisex because even in these days of gender reveal items like this are quite often bought as presents pre reveal but that does not in any way detract from the product and uses it can be put to. Excellent packaging as well if given as a gift.

To start with this manufacturer packages this item very well. Nice simple clear front packaging, simple logo branding with a visible look of the pattern on the item itself. If your new to the baby world the blanket has an animated 4 step guide on how to swaddle your baby on the little tag built into the item. You can tell it’s a premium swaddle as it is very nice and thick and soft also, you know your baby will be sleeping in comfort using this 100%. Very universal too can be stretched across the floor to lie on, swaddled, sun protection on a buggy etc etc. Really nice all round would go for this brand again.

Beautifully soft swaddle blanket that will be great for a new born baby. This blanket is nearly 4 foot square, I say blanket, it's more of a cloth as it's muslin but is great to use on a warm day as a cover or even sunshade over a carry seat.I would highly recommend this beautiful baby throw, it would make a fabulous gift especially as it comes in a lovley neat box.
