Well made, excellent quality, extremely sharp. Such a pleasure to have a sharp knife! Excellent balance weight in the hand when using. Many uses. Please don’t abuse it by putting it in the dishwasher.

For a long time I was looking for some good knives for my son's culinary arts class and I found these that at first glance seemed good but when I received them I realized that it was more than I imagined, it exceeded my expectations, thank you very much!

I’m a Chef at an extremely high paced restaurant. I used them the very next day, after I received them to break them in.I used the Santoku and Chef knife. I must say they are Extremely Sharp! and worth every cent!The beautiful smooth wooden handle with stream line full tang and rivets provide a comfortable grip.They are pretty well balanced not too light but not very heavy. Made slicing through onions effortlessly.You can see the Demascus design on the blade very well. Giving them another level of beauty.The steel used doesn’t seem like it will rust but I hand wash and dry my knives before storing them anyway.So far I am very impressed with my knives and would Highly recommend them.

These knives are not expensive, so one would think they are of lower quality. They are not. They are the sharpest knives I’ve ever used. They have a great weight to them, and are beautiful as well. I recommend these to everyone.

Top 3 favorite buys from my move. I wanted a set of knives but knew I didn’t need a ton since I live by myself and use 2 different knives in cooking. This set of 3 was perfect for an affordable price. Super sharp out of the box and really simple and chic in design. I love the handles made with smooth wood and meets flush with metal for a nice, easy grip. The weight is great, not too light, heavy enough to sit comfortably in your hand.

Hope this is a batch defect. I’ve only had these two years and the chefs knife split. Still, such a good set until now.
