Powerful quality UV flashlight
I got this to identify vintage radium glass, minerals and also to help locate leaks in air conditioners. It arrived in a nice storage box with a pair of UV protection glasses, a belt pouch, a 2 battery charger powered by an included USB cord and USB charger. The batteries were already installed but had an insulated disc installed at the end that you have to remove before use. The flashlight does not have a port to charge the batteries while installed so you have to remove them and pop them in the charger. It has two Darkbeam branded 18650 batteries rated at 3.7V at 3400 mAh connected in serial (end to end). This format gives 7.4V at 3400 mAh.Also included in the box is what appears to be an extension to the battery portion of the flashlight to add another battery. I removed the end cap, screwed on the extension and put in a third battery and screwed the end cap back on. I turned it on and it seemed to be the same brightness as with only two batteries, so I assume that the extra battery would be to extend how long it runs on a charge but you can remove it so it it isn't so long. The included belt pouch works with it setup either way as the end of the flashlight sticks out the end of the pouch. With 3 batteries it would be running at 11.1V but still at 3400mAh. I'm surprised they didn't include a third battery since they did include the extension that allows it but then they might have had to include a 3 slot battery charger instead of the 2 slot it comes with. One disappointing thing is that while the box has foam that has slots cut in it for the flashlight and extra extension (all the other accessories are underneath separated by a piece of cardboard) there was nothing above to hold them in the slots. Both the flashlight and extension had come loose and were rattling around in the box. The flashlight is beautiful machined aluminum with a nice black anodizing but with them loose inside it had damaged the heat sink portion of the flashlight. It wasn't that bad and I was able to touch it up with a black permanent marker but I wish I didn't have to deal with that. The power button is on the end cap and is a rubber button. It has a single click on and click off. You don't notice the beam shining around like it isn't even turned on until it points at something it will make fluoresce. I did notice that if I shined it at my skin it felt warm immediately. I don't know if you could get sunburn from it but be careful just to be safe. Also if you have photochromic or transition lenses in your eyeglasses DO NOT shine the flashlight at them. It will activate the lenses and could damage them. Don't ask me how I know lol.

Amazing item
First thing I noticed was how well it was packaged, although not a definitive factor but my experience relates time and materials taken to package an item usually attests to its overall quality. Included is an extension tube for the light. Although not mentioned in included owners manual one could assume that by installing it an additional battery could be installed for more on time before needed recharging. Two Lit-ion batteries and charger along with a pair of amber colored glasses. As for the glasses I don’t see nor is it explained what exactly the benefit of using the glasses is. Testing the light with and without using the glasses doesn’t seem to have any benefit. Nothing that wasn’t obvious without them stood out with them. A carrying case for belt is also included. Now for the light, very powerful with a beam length as advertised. Amazing how things that weren’t seen now under the illumination of this light really stand out. Shine the beam on one’s arm and you can feel the power just by the heat you will feel. Very solidly constructed from some type of aluminum alloy. Haven’t tested long enough to say as to how long it will go before needing to be recharged. Any one who uses this for rock hounding as mentioned in description should not be disappointed.

Big Blacklight Flashlight
If you don't want to know where the hidden stains or spider webs or drifts of cat hair are in your home, don't get this blacklight flashlight.I say that because just one minute of using it in my kitchen showed me more types of junk than anything I've ever seen before. I'm a partly disabled widower who works a ton of hours, so I know that my cleaning isn't up to my late wife's standards -- just hadn't known how much I had missed. This light comes with a holder that you can wear on your belt, so you could use it for detecting possibly counterfeit bills and many other purposes when you're away from home. It also comes with 2 rechargeable batteries, a charging cradle for those batteries, an extender to make the flashlight even bigger, and a small booklet of instructions. If you have any desire or need for a blacklight (UV light) flashlight, this is a good choice.

Good for glow in the dark, but get their other model for pet urine
This model isn’t for pet urine, it’s best for glow in the dark toys, phosphorus stickers and paints. It’s nearly identical to the UV beast brand. They take 2 or 3 18650’s. This kit included 2 18650’s, plus the extra battery screw on extender(for a third 18650 if you have one. It increases runtime not brightness). It also comes with a 18650 usb based battery charger. Plus a belt holder for the flashlight. If you use it for inspection fluids for work I suppose. It also includes a pair of yellow safety glasses.I placed the 365 model with purple lens, next to the 395 model with clear lens. That dark purple lens helps block all the blue light, and make it easier to see. With the purple lens model, the flashlight doesn’t look very bright, but it’s much easier to see dog pee on the wall. This clear lens model, is so bright making it hard to see pet urine. I used the test card, There is no UVC coming from the bulbs, making it safer to look at and use.

Rechargeable UV flashlight
Rechargeable UV flashlight works well to identify fluorescent and UV reactive objects. Comes with glasses with yellow lenses, two 18650 lithium batteries, and charger. I pressed the power button on the back of the flashlight after charging the batteries and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't turn on. After unscrewing the battery tube from the flashlight head I discovered a small plastic piece that insulated the battery from the terminal. After I removed this small piece, the flashlight turned on and worked great! The LED's are fairly bright and do get hot! Very sturdy construction. 3400 mah batteries. It also included a holster that attaches to a belt. Packaged very well. Please heed cautions while in use.
