Strong, heavy and just what I needed

For the price the kit is good value. The parts are a little flimsy but when fitted to a heavy gate they work well.The parts aren't galvanized so will require maintenance in the future therefore I changed the screws to stainless steel for easy future removal. The supplied screws are zinc plated and not black anyhow.The connecting handle bar should be longer for cutting to size as I had to replace it to fit the gate which is 9cm thick.Overall though, happy with the purchase.

Bought these as a cheaper option for a neighbour who needed a new garden gate. Everything supplied (but I had to use a couple of my own screws as the packet was four short). Easy to fit, only slight negative issue, I'd have liked a longer throw on the bolt but it does the trick. Good value for money.

Had to buy another spindle as this is 9cm long and new gate thickness is 7cm. Would’ve thought it would be helpful to advise this on product write up.
