Phone arrived on time. It is renewed. There are no blemishes no scratches. Fully charged.Just like new.Very pleased with service and goods. Would recommend this company and phone.

Phone seams to work ok …. Touch sensor is suspect, as for the scratches should not be visible at 30cm is only applicable to the blind, extremely visible on the surface metal surfaces. On reflection overpriced for the quality.

This is my first experience with renewed phones and it was a terrible one. The phone was purchased as ‘pristine’ condition but it came with heavy signs of wear and tear with scratches all over the phone. The phone wouldn’t even start and it wouldn’t charge.

This phone is in excellent condition and works very well. It is just like a new phone. I can’t comment on better life because I haven’t had it long enough and I don’t use face recognition
