Would this be suitable to modify as a boiling tub?

I use it for various purposes from bottling bucket to FV, to transferring hot wort from mash tun to boiler. It is pretty sturdy and holds the hot wort easily. However I have never put boiling wort in it so can't say for sure if it would be suitable as a boiler. I know there are lots of home brewers who do use plastic buckets for boiling in so it is quite possible it would be okay.

Which bottle wand would go with this please? thank you.

Hi ASIN B01FUW52QO is the bottling wand which goes with this bucket & tap. Hope this helps Bigger Trading t/as BiggerJugs

IS the tap already fitted please, or, do we have to do it ourselves? thank you

Hi The hole for the tap is drilled in the bucket but we leave you to fit the tapas you will need to apply petroleum jelly (vaseline) around the sealing washer to form a good liquid seal. Hope this helps Bigger Trading t/as BiggerJugs

Very pleased with this but does the washer go on the inside or outside

Hi The washer goes on the outside of the bucket and remember to use a small amount of petroleum jelly around the washer to ensure a good liquid seal. Hope this helps Bigger Trading t/as BiggerJugs
