For the last 3-4 months it has not been working properly.It starts but it stops just after 8 seconds Can you help me ? If possible replace it as soon as possible

It worked fine the first day we got it, i tried it on my shoulders for 30 mins. After the battery ran out, been trying to charge it for 3 days but it just doesnt take charge.
