This is such a good product and we have taken it with us to every flat we’ve moved to and it works perfectly no matter the height of the door or the flooring type. We’ve even tried two of us full body weight against the door to force it open with this in place and the door barely budged. It’s so easy to put together and so easy to affix to the door. It makes us feel safe.

Good strong product, easy to set up, does what it says, had it for sliding patio doors as back up for peace of mind. Instructions could be more detailed, beware taking off fork off the end as if you undo screw & take off all the fitting small springs & metal balls will fly out & take some finding, with instructions not mentioning this (just says remove fitting). Did manage to work out how it fits back together, but finding the parts on the kitchen floor took ages.

These are brilliant for propping open patio doors. Holds them really well against wind. Very sturdy and easily adjustable.

Must have. Sturdy, excellent quality materials & does the job greatly. Perfect for internal security. Will do a good job on deterring esp if they try kicking in a a door as it won’t move. Open doors that need handles depressed CANNOT physically be opened with this. Excellent height selection adjustability and easily changeable. Still in use 3 years later, no rusting, no fading and everything still moves perfectly. Y shaped topper to fit under door handle and has a very grippy & manoeuvrable base. So easy to fold up and install up a door. Not had a door it doesn’t work up at work or my two accommodations. Slides down to a small size for storage but is about as heavy as a 1kg sugar bag in my opinion. Does lock shut via the height selection method. Never had it accidentally unlock mid use - ever in 3years or storage mode. Can also be used as a weapon

I felt much much safer in my student accommodation as a girl living alone with this. It will fit under basically any door handle as long as there is some kind of knob/handle there to wedge it under. Highly recommend for peace of mind. I don't think I could take it travelling as it's really quite heavy - maybe if I was travelling by car?

Highly recommend, sturdy. Adjustable, easy to apply & remove. This jammer has saved me from numerous intruders. I’ve had no issues with it snapping or slipping across the floor.

I love the look of this product and if it were designed slightly better, it would be the best I've used, but as it is, it's useless, and I'll explain why. I bought this security item for my patio doors to provide extra peace of mind, especially at night and when we’re out. At first glance, the product seems to be of excellent quality. I've tried several brands of similar products, and this one stands out. The quality of this bar is impressive. It feels strong and robust, and the end hook is tough and durable. The bar is easy to assemble and is extendable if you need to make it longer. Using this bar is simple. Press the locking button, slide the bar to your desired length, and release it to lock it into position. I work from home, so I'm almost always in, but these bars give me extra peace of mind when I’m asleep or out for errands. Assembly was easy, and the instructions were clear and concise. The white finish on the bar is lovely and looks great. For the price, this bar is quite expensive. It's well made, and the quality is fantastic, but there are equally excellent bars available in 2 packs for the same price, so the value for money isn't really there. The overall build quality is excellent, and the materials used are top-notch. However, there is a major flaw in the design that completely put me off and made me return it. The security bar itself is strong, heavy metal, which is fantastic, but the base plate of the bar is plastic and has an incredibly thin black plastic bolt that connects it to the main bar. This black bolt moves and rotates in the base plate and feels like it could snap with a little force. I can't understand why they designed it this way. That is one of the most important parts of the security bar and is the only part subject to movement and force; it absolutely has to be metal, not plastic. It claims to support 250kg, but that just doesn't seem realistic. That thin little plastic connecting bolt isn't going to stop anyone forcing their way in. The fork end of the bar is also problematic. It's moulded into an awkward shape which doesn't work for every door handle and limits your options with positioning. It's also completely hard plastic rather than silicone or rubber coated, so there's no grip whatsoever on it; it just doesn’t want to stay on a handle, and when you push the door, the device slips off and drops to the floor, making it totally useless. The spring mechanism for locking the pole into place was also loose and rattling when it arrived, which is disappointing. You can put it back together, but it's not the point.
